Award Winning Songstress N’Kenge brings LEGENDS! to The Pierre’s Two E Bar, Oct 1, 2018 at 8:30PM. N’Kenge will be the first soloist to open up the Broadway Series this season and was the first to give a Solo Show last season.

LEGENDS! Is a Tribute show celebrating the music of Aretha Franklin, Liza Minnelli, Dorothy Dandridge and more. Cabaret Scenes described N’Kenge in her Sold Out Show at The Pierre’s Two E Bar last season as “When it comes to power vocals, who ya’ gonna call?N’Kenge…the diva not only has a voice of immense depth and range, but she knows how to use it to its best advantage.” Theater Pizzazz’s rave review highlighted N’Kenge with ” It’s hard to fathom where all that power and vocal pyrotechnics come from as she’s as big as a minute…N’Kenge has the voice, the looks and the presence of a Star.”

N’Kenge, a native New Yorker, was seen as a presenter at the 58th Annual NY Emmy Awards and has sung for President Bill Clinton at the White House and for the Commander-In-Chief Ball for President Obama. N’Kenge was described as “Electrifying” by the NY Post in her origination of the role of Mary Wells in MOTOWN: THE MUSICAL on Broadway and made her West End debut starring in THE GENIUS OF Ray Charles. She has also starred in the Michael Jackson Tribute Show World Tour and has been seen as a soloist with symphonies globally including at Carnegie Hall with The New York Pops Orchestra, Baltimore Symphony, Cincinnati Symphony Indianapolis Symphony and Ottawa Symphony, to name a few.
